How do I remove my campaign?

First, keep in mind that removing your GoFundMe campaign does not automatically refund your donations. Contact our team if you'd like to have this done!

 

Secondly, removing your campaign doesn't affect your withdrawals at all. You can still access your funds from your WePay or Stripe account. Any pending withdrawals will continue to process if you take down your campaign. 

 

When you're ready to take it down, you'll first need to sign in at http://www.gofundme.com/sign-in/. Then, follow these steps:

 

1. Click your name at the top-right of the screen.

2. Click the 'Account Settings' link.

3. Click 'My Campaigns' from the left menu.

4. Locate the box that contains your campaign and click the 'Delete' link.

 

 

You'll then be prompted to post a final update before removing your campaign. If you don't want to do this, click 'DELETE CAMPAIGN WITHOUT POSTING AN UPDATE'. 

 

 

If you delete just your campaign, your GoFundMe account will still be active and you'll be prompted to set up a new campaign the next time you sign in.
