Problems accepting a beneficiary invitation

The beneficiary will receive the invitation as an email with the subject line "An invitation to accept money".  Click "Accept money" within the email. You’ll be prompted to sign in to GoFundMe and then set up bank transfers.

If you’re having trouble accepting the invitation, the organiser will need to send it to a different email address. Please ask the organiser to cancel the current  invitation and send a new one from their GoFundMe account.  Please use an email address that you have access to. If you haven't got an alternative email account, there are many free options available to you to create a new one.

If you can't create a new email account for the beneficiary account, please contact our team by clicking "Get help".
