Bank statement shows a credit union member number rather than an account number |
Ask the credit union for a statement showing your account number, a crossed cheque or a letter from the credit union with all necessary information and signed by a bank representative. |
Bank statement is older than 12 months |
Ask your bank for a more recent statement or download one from your online banking portal. Or upload a crossed cheque or bank letter instead. |
Bank statement doesn’t show all required information |
Make sure your document shows the bank logo, your full name and the last four digits of the account number on the same document. |
