You can withdraw your funds to a prepaid debit card as long as it has a routing and account number (in the US) or account number and sort code (in the UK and the rest of Europe). If you don’t know this information or aren't sure if your card has it, you can always contact the company your card was issued by. They should be able to provide you with this information.
Please be aware that there are some risks involved with using a pre-paid debit card. If you enter the sort code and account number incorrectly and your withdrawal is processed, it is extremely likely that we will not be able to recover those funds. If you do use a pre-paid card, we strongly recommend that you double and triple check the information you enter in order to avoid any issues.
Additionally, please be aware that if you use a prepaid card, you may be required to provide an ID, along with a bank statement that shows the bank's logo, your full name, and the account number used for direct deposit transfers or EFT (also known as ACH transfers in the US). This is required by certain payment partners to ensure that we have the correct information on file and to protect you against missing withdrawals.
