In the US, you can withdraw your funds to a pre-paid debit card provided it has a routing (sort code) and account number. If you do not know this information or you are not sure if your card has this, please contact the card issuer. They should be able to provide you with this information.
Please be aware that there are some risks involved with using a pre-paid debit card. If you enter the sort code and account number incorrectly and your withdrawal is processed, it is extremely likely that we will not be able to recover those funds. If you do use a pre-paid card, we strongly recommend that you double and triple check the information you enter in order to avoid any issues.
Additionally, please be aware that if you use a prepaid card, you may be required to provide an ID, along with a bank statement that shows the bank's logo, your full name and the account number used for direct deposit transfers or EFT. This is required by certain payment partners to ensure that we have the correct information on file and to protect you against missing withdrawals.
