You may use a landline to verify your account when using the "Voice Call" option. However, we strongly recommend using a mobile phone so that you can access your account from anywhere.
Note: Multi Factoring Authentication is only required for North American customers who create Personal campaigns
If you have not verified your phone number yet, follow these steps from a desktop or laptop computer:
- Sign in to your GoFundMe account at www.gofundme.com/sign-in
- At the "Protect Your Account" pop up message, select to receive a "Voice Call"
- If you have already entered your phone number, click on the "Back" button to request a "Voice Call" instead
If you have verified your phone number before, and are now trying to verify it on another device, click on the "Did not receive a code?" option. You will then see the "Voice Call" option.
