If you want another copy of your donation confirmation receipt, please follow these steps to request one:

2. Enter your email address at the prompt and click "Get donation receipt"

Receipts from charity fundraisers

If you donated to a charity fundraiser, you should have received a tax receipt from PayPal Giving Fund. If you’re not sure if you donated to a charity fundraiser, you can visit the fundraiser and look for this certified charity badge next to the organization’s name:

If you’re sure that you donated to a charity fundraiser and would like a copy of your tax-deductible receipt, please use the "Contact us" button to contact our team and we can contact PayPal Giving Fund on your behalf. 

If you don't see the checkmark badge on the fundraiser you donated to, then it’s a personal fundraiser. In this case, the donation is likely not a deductible charitable contribution; however, you should consult with a tax professional. Read more about taxes for charity donations in this article.
