If you want another copy of your donation confirmation receipt, please follow these steps to request one:

2. Enter your email address at the prompt and click "Get donation receipt"

Receipts from charity fundraisers

If you donated to a charity fundraiser, you should have received a tax-deductible receipt from PayPal Giving Fund. If you’re not sure if you donated to a charity fundraiser, you can visit the fundraiser and look for the tax-deductible tag under the fundraiser media:

Only donations made to GoFundMe charity fundraisers are guaranteed to be tax-deductible in the US, the UK, Canada, Ireland, and Australia. If you donate to a certified charity fundraiser from a another country, you will still be emailed the tax-deductible receipt, but you'll need to check with your local tax authority to confirm if they are tax-deductible. 

If you’re confident you donated to a charity fundraiser and would like a copy of your tax-deductible receipt, please use the "Contact us" button to contact our team, and we can reach out to PayPal Giving Fund on your behalf. 

If you don't see the tax-deductible tag on the fundraiser you donated to, then it’s a personal fundraiser. In this case, the donation is likely not a tax-deductible charitable contribution; however, you should consult with a tax professional. Read more about taxes for charity donations in this article.
