If you're having problems sending a beneficiary invitation, it may well be because your beneficiary already has an active GoFundMe account with a different payment processor. It is also possible that the invitation might be getting caught in their spam or junk mail filters.
If the beneficiary has another email address, the quickest solution is to send a new beneficiary invitation to their alternative email address.
If your beneficiary doesn't have an email address, it makes it difficult for our team to help them withdraw. We suggest helping your beneficiary to set up a Gmail email account because it will be easy to use and takes only a moment to get up and running. You can start the process here.
When the email address is ready, please add them as your campaign beneficiary so that they can withdraw the funds themselves. To do that, click the "Withdraw" button in the top right-hand corner of your GoFundMe Dashboard and select "Someone else". You can enter their name and email address there.
An email invitation will then be sent to your beneficiary. They will have 72 hours to accept or decline that invitation. If your beneficiary accepts it, a payment account will be created for them in conjunction with your campaign and they will handle the funds.
