Funds will be returned to your card in an average of 3-7 working days (Monday-Friday) after a refund has been issued.
Your bank will display the refund as a credit to your account or the original charge may disappear entirely from your statement. We encourage you to contact your bank (or the issuer of the card that you used) to ask how they plan to return the funds.
If the card you used has been cancelled, your bank should have an alternative way to get the funds back to you. The card provider will probably apply the funds to your previous account balance, send the money to you personally, or return it to our payment processor. Please contact your card company for the next steps.
If your card is active and it has been three weeks since your refund should have arrived, please contact our team directly so that we can help to track down the funds.
