Trouble signing in

If you're having trouble signing in, try resetting your password. Please note: The password reset link is only valid for 6 hours. 

If you signed up through a social sign-on (Google, Facebook, or Apple), you'll need to contact that provider for help signing in. If you still aren't able to sign in through social sign-on, you can try resetting your password.

If that doesn’t work, please try the following:

  • Turn off your VPN, if you’re using one
  • Try signing in in incognito mode or a private browser window
  • Use a different browser. Google Chrome and Firefox are generally the most reliable
  • Try a different internet connection. If you're using mobile data, switching to Wi-Fi or another connection can help
  • Clear cookies and cache
  • Temporarily disable your ad blocker, if you’re using one
  • Use a different device. If you’re on a mobile device, use a computer instead (or vice versa)
