Receiving charity fundraiser payouts
Funds raised on a certified charity fundraiser will be processed through our payment processor, PayPal Giving Fund, or for fundraisers in the US, sent directly to the charity if they have enabled GoFundMe Pay. Review this article to learn more about enrolling in GoFundMe Pay.
The fundraiser organiser will not set up bank transfers or handle the funds raised. Charity fundraisers are available in the US, UK, Ireland, Canada, and Australia.
This article will only be applicable to a representative of the charity, since the fundraiser organiser won't be able to complete the enrolment themselves.

Enrolling with PayPal Giving Fund
Review this article to learn more about how to enrol with PayPal Giving Fund, and how to contact them.
Enrolled and unenrolled charities will receive a payout at the end of each month. Enrolled charities will receive funds to their PayPal Giving Fund account. Unenrolled charities will receive the funds via cheque sent to the address on file with public records.
Money donated through the 15th of the month is sent that same month. Any donations received after the 15th will be paid out the following month. After the funds are in the charity's PayPal account, they’ll be able to use the funds in PayPal, transfer the money to a bank account, or have a cheque posted to them.
Receiving donations from Donor-Advised Funds
If your charity has received a donation from a Donor-Advised Fund, these donations will be processed separately via our payment processor, Chariot. Your charity would receive an email notifying them that a donation is available and to create an account with Chariot to receive the funds.
