Accessing your charity's data

In order to access a charity's donor and fundraiser data, you'll first need to submit a claim that verifies you work for the charity.
Please follow the steps below to complete the claim process:

1. Sign up or log in to a GoFundMe account using your official charity email address (e.g., myname@mycharity.org).
2. Search for your charity by clicking this link and entering the EIN (US), BRN (CA), Charity Number (UK/IE), or ABN (AU).
3. Verify your identity by clicking the link in the email we send you and uploading:

• • A government-issued photo ID
  • Document proving you are authorised to act on behalf of the charity

We’ll review your connection within 2 business days and will follow up if additional documentation is required. Once verified, we’ll email you instructions to access your charity’s donor and transaction data.
