Updating to new transfer features
If your fundraiser has not processed donations in over a year, you may no longer be able to set up or edit your bank transfers. We are continually making improvements to GoFundMe to give our users the best experience possible, and fundraisers that haven't processed donations in over a year now will have outdated features preventing it from accepting new donations or updating transfer information.
If you have already set up transfers
If you’ve successfully set up transfers and there are any donations that still need to be paid out from your fundraiser, those will continue to process to the bank account on file. You will not be able to update that bank account information.
If you have not already set up transfers
Your fundraiser should not have processed any recent donations and therefore there should not be any funds in your account to be sent to you. If you believe this is a mistake and there are donations in your fundraiser you are trying to retrieve, please click "Contact us" to connect with our team for further assistance.
How to continue to raise funds on GoFundMe
To continue accepting funds, you’ll need to sign into your GoFundMe account and start a new fundraiser. You’ll be able to raise funds on any new fundraisers you create, just not on your inactive fundraisers.
