Inactive charity

Incoming donations on your fundraiser may be paused if the charity you’ve selected is inactive with our payment processor, PayPal Giving Fund.

If you're a charity, this may have happened for a variety of reasons, including:

• A change in the organisation's status with a government regulator
• PayPal Giving Fund issued cheques that remained uncashed/expired for a long period of time
• The charity has reached out to PayPal Giving Fund to close the payment account
