You may use a landline to verify your account when using the "Voice Call" option. However, we strongly recommend using a cell phone, so you can access your account from anywhere.
Note: Multi Factoring Authentication is only required for North American customers that create personal campaigns
If you haven't verified your phone number yet, follow these steps from a desktop or laptop computer:
- Sign in to your GoFundMe account at www.gofundme.com/sign-in
- At the "Protect Your Account" pop up message, select to receive a "Voice Call"
- If you've already entered your phone number, hit the ‘Back’ button to request a "Voice Call" instead
If you've verified your phone number before, and are now trying to verify it on another device, click the "Didn't receive a code?" option. You’ll then see the "Voice Call" option appear.
