If you're trying to use your campaign link and seeing a 'Campaign Not Found' message, it may have been set to 'Inactive'. This happens if your campaign hasn't had any activity in the last month or so. Inactive campaigns can only be viewed from within your account.
To check if your campaign is 'Inactive', sign in at www.gofundme.com/sign-in. Look for a banner on your Dashboard notifying you that your campaign is 'Inactive'.
To reactivate your campaign immediately, simply post an update message right from your Dashboard.
To post an update from a desktop computer, just follow these steps:
- Sign in to your account at www.gofundme.com/sign-in
- You will arrive at the update screen
- Add your update message
- Add pictures or videos
- Be sure to include Facebook, Twitter and/or your email contacts in the update by making sure the green check marks appear, as seen here: http://i.imgur.com/wizRyvR.png
- Hit "Post My Update"
To post an update from a mobile device, just follow these steps:
- Sign in to your account at www.gofundme.com/sign-in
- If you have multiple campaigns, choose the campaign you’re looking to reactivate
- Tap the orange “Next Step” button
- You will arrive at the update screen.
- Add your update message and then tap the orange “Next Step” button
- Add pictures or videos
- Be sure to include Facebook, Twitter and/or your email contacts in the update by making sure the green switch is turned on, as seen here: http://i.imgur.com/uk0Czst.png
- Tap "Post My Update"
