If you need to refund a donation that was just recently made, please contact us to see if we can cancel it for you. This is often possible within 1 day of making the donation.
Otherwise, since all donations are immediately available to the Campaign Organizer and may have already been withdrawn, we encourage donors to contact the Campaign Organizer to request a refund so they understand why the funds might be taken out of their account.
To do this, visit the campaign you’ve donated to and click or tap the envelope icon next to the Campaign Organizer’s name to send them a message about refunding your donation.
If you don't feel comfortable contacting the Campaign Organizer, please contact our team and share your reasoning for requesting a refund so that we can help.
