Trouble accepting a beneficiary invitation

The beneficiary will receive the invitation as an email titled “An invitation to accept money".  Click “Accept money” within the email. You’ll be prompted to sign into GoFundMe and then set up bank transfers.

If you’re having trouble accepting the invitation, the organizer will need to send it to a different email address. Please ask the organizer to cancel the current  invitation and send a new one from their GoFundMe account.  Please use an email you have access to. If you don’t already have an alternative email, there are multiple free options to create a new one.

If you aren’t able to create a new email for the beneficiary account, please contact our team by clicking “Get help”.
