The fundraiser is under review
For your safety and security, our payment partners review fundraisers to ensure all funds go to the right place. If there is a question about your withdrawals, the payment partner will reach out to you directly, and sometimes put incoming donations on hold.

To accept donations again, follow the directions shared by the payment partner in their email. Read more about their document verification process here.
The fundraiser is under our older system
On September 30th, GoFundMe made a transition in the system used for processing donations. If your campaign was still active when this transition was made it will no longer be able to accept donations.
If you are still raising funds for your cause and have already done the following:
- Verified your email address
- Added withdrawal information
- Replied to verification requests
- Verified your withdrawal details
- Updated your fundraiser
Then you can fill out this form so we can re-create your fundraiser for you on our new system. We will reach out to you as soon as possible.
The following information will be transferred:
- Fundraiser title
- Fundraiser image
- Story
- Donations added as offline donations
- Comments
