This article should go over the reasons that you may receive the "We cannot create your account. Contact our support team for help" error.
Your GoFundMe account and your account with our payment partner is disconnected.
To fix this issue, please go to your Account Settings (three bars at the top of your screen or the icon with your initials on the mobile app) and scroll to the bottom. There, you will see an option to "Delete Account". You can then create a new account at www.gofundme.com/sign-up. You’ll be able to advance as normal.
Your postal code is not formatted correctly
Make sure your postal code is correctly formatted for the location of your campaign and for the currency in which you are raising funds by choosing from the drop down menu options that our system provides. Once the correctly formatted postal code is entered, you’ll be able to continue with your campaign.

Your account name has numbers or symbols
Your account name must be listed as your first and last name without any special characters. You can edit your account name by signing into your account and going to your settings: www.gofundme.com/settings
You're from an unsupported country
If you are not located in one of our supported countries, you will not be able to create a campaign. Click here to view a list of our supported countries.
