To ensure account security, GoFundMe may ask that you update your account password. If your account falls into this regular maintenance, you will receive an email from GoFundMe, or you will be prompted to reset your password upon signing in.
Please know that these requests will always come from a @GoFundMe.com email address and will only direct you to GoFundMe.com.
To update your password, please select the button that says, “Reset password” and follow the prompts.
If you run into any difficulty, you can also try resetting your password from the GoFundMe Sign In Page.
What if the “Reset Password” button in my email does not work when I click it?
You can always reset your password by going to the GoFundMe Sign In Page and requesting a new password there.
An email will be sent with the link to reset your password to the email you entered on that page.
How can I be sure the email was legitimate?
You can always tell when GoFundMe is reaching out to you by checking if the email is from a @GoFundMe.com email address. In addition, our emails will only direct you to GoFundMe.com.
