If you are creating a fundraiser in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, or Canada, GoFundMe has two different fundraiser types to choose from: personal or charity. You can find out more about the differences here.
If you created a charity fundraiser, all funds raised on a charity fundraiser will be sent to our payment partner, PayPal Giving Fund, who will process and deliver the funds directly to the charity. As the fundraiser organizer, you will not be withdrawing the money directly on GoFundMe. Because of this, there is no withdraw button on GoFundMe.
If you have a withdraw button, and you work for the charity, this means you set up a personal fundraiser and will need to set up organization withdrawals. To do this, you can visit the Business or Organization withdrawals article to find out more.
If you have a withdraw button, and you do not work for the charity, this means you set up a personal fundraiser and will need to either withdraw personally and deliver the funds to the organization outside of GoFundMe, or send a beneficiary invite to the charity. For either scenario, you can find out more in the How do I Withdraw Money article.
