Over the course of 2021, we closed GoFundMe Charity (formerly CrowdRise) and moved personal and charity fundraising together under GoFundMe.com. As a result, all GoFundMe Charity accounts and campaigns were removed the morning of January 3rd, 2022.
We’ve worked hard to build a dashboard on GoFundMe.com where charity representatives can access donor and fundraiser data across all of GoFundMe, and we now have dedicated charity pages that allow donors to give directly to a charity aside from specific fundraisers.
If you represent a 501(c)(3) public charity in the US or a registered charity in Canada, you can access that by signing up and claiming your charity account here.
We know transitions like this are challenging, and our Charity & Business Support team is standing by to do everything we can to ease the transition and help you optimize your experience on GoFundMe.
How do I get data from my GoFundMe Charity account?
Don't worry! Nothing is permanently gone, even though the site isn't live anymore. Our Charity & Business Support team can send you almost any data you need upon request. Depending on the prior verification in your account, we may need to ask for documents to verify your connection to the charity first.
To request your data, please click "Get help" on this page, and we'll reply within a few days.
