Over the course of 2021, we started to close down GoFundMe Charity (formerly CrowdRise) and bring personal and charity fundraising together under GoFundMe.com instead. As a result, all GoFundMe Charity accounts and campaigns will be removed and inaccessible starting from the morning of January 3rd, 2022.
We’ve worked hard to build a dashboard on GoFundMe.com where charity representatives can access donor and fundraiser data across all of GoFundMe, and we now have dedicated charity pages that allow donors to give directly to a charity aside from specific fundraisers.
If you represent a 501(c)(3) public charity in the US or a registered charity in Canada, you can get access to all of that by signing up and claiming your charity account here.
We know transitions like this are challenging, and our Charity & Business Support team is standing by to do everything we can to ease the transition and help you optimize your experience on GoFundMe.
How do I get data from my GoFundMe Charity account?
Don't worry! Nothing is permanently gone, even though the site isn't live anymore. Our Charity & Business Support team can send you almost any data you need upon request. Depending on the prior verification in your account, we may need to ask for documents to verify your connection to the charity first.
To request your data, please fill out this form, and we'll reply within a few days.
What are the fees on GoFundMe.com?
Like the free pricing model on GoFundMe Charity, GoFundMe.com has a 0% platform fee, so it's free for organizers and charities to start fundraisers. Charity fundraisers receive the benefit of lower transaction fees than personal fundraisers, so charities receive even more of each donation. View all the pricing details for GoFundMe.com here.

This option allows PayPal Giving Fund to process and payout donations to the charity, and eligible donors will automatically receive tax receipts.
Did my GoFundMe Charity campaigns transfer to GoFundMe?
GoFundMe Charity campaigns were not transferred automatically to GoFundMe.com, however, charities and organizers are welcome to create new copies of any ongoing fundraisers in order to continue raising money on GoFundMe.com.
