If you're expecting money in your bank and it hasn't arrived within 5 business days, please check your email inbox for a message about a failed withdrawal. How long has it been since you started your withdrawals?
Transfers take 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday) to arrive in your bank account from the date sent. If it has been over 5 business days since the money was sent out from GoFundMe, check with your bank to see if they can locate the transfer.
Important to note: The withdrawal may show on your bank statement as coming from our payment processor, Adyen or Stripe, rather than GoFundMe.
Why was I sent less than the total amount I raised?
Our payment processor sends funds to your bank account as they are being processed. Your first withdrawal may not contain the full amount of funds you’ve raised because your recent donations are still processing.
The funds will move from "pending" to "available" within 1-14 business days from the donation date, which can depend on the card provider. Once the funds become available, we'll automatically schedule a transfer, and you'll receive the money in 2-5 business days.
Is the bank information you've entered correct?
If a transfer hasn't arrived within 5 business days, it's typically due to an error in your routing number or account number, or the name entered when setting up withdrawals doesn't match what the bank has on file.

Once you've updated this information, it can take 10 business days from the date the transfer was sent for the receiving bank to reject the transfer and send it back to your GoFundMe account. At that time, the funds will be sent again using your updated information. It will then take another 2-5 business days for your funds to arrive in your account.
Are the funds still missing after 10 business days?
If you haven't received your funds within 10 business days after they were sent, and they have not returned to your GoFundMe account, please contact our team and we can help.
