Turning comments off

Donors are able to leave comments, also known as words of support, with their donations, which will publicly appear on your fundraiser page. While you aren’t able to reply to these comments, you can send a message directly to donors by using the thank you note function.

If you would prefer not to allow donors to leave comments, you can disable them by following the steps below.

1. Select "Edit" in your fundraiser dashboard (or if you're on a mobile device, simply choose "Edit" from the bottom menu bar)
2. Select "Settings"  
3. Uncheck the box or toggle off the option to "Allow donors to leave words of support on my fundraiser" 
4. Select "Save"
   

NB: If someone is leaving harassing comments on your fundraiser, we recommend that you turn off the comments feature on your fundraiser and then click "Contact us" on this page to notify our team.
