If your fundraiser is showing as "Deleted" in your GoFundMe account, we can help you access it in any of the following ways:
- Start a new fundraiser: if you’ve already received the funds from your inactive fundraiser, please create a new fundraiser. This will ensure that you are updated to our newest pricing model and connected to our current payment partners.
- Request content from the fundraiser: if you don't want to continue fundraising, but would like information such as donor names, donation amounts and updates or photos, please click here to submit your request.
- Request the removal of your fundraiser from GoFundMe and Google search results: If your fundraiser is inactive and you no longer want it to appear on GoFundMe or in Google searches, please click "Contact us" and our team will remove the fundraiser for you.
- Reactivate fundraiser: if you accidentally deleted a fundraiser or would like to access it again, please submit this form to our team.
It’s important to note that fundraisers that haven’t received a donation or posted an update in 365 days will become inactive. To prevent this from happening, the organiser can post a fundraiser update every few months, as this will be considered activity.
