If your fundraiser is showing as "Deleted" in your GoFundMe account, we can help you access it in any of the following ways:
- Start a new fundraiser: if you’ve already received the funds from your inactive fundraiser, please create a new fundraiser. This will ensure that you are updated to our newest pricing model and connected to our current payment partners.
- Request content from the fundraiser: if you don't want to continue fundraising, but would like information such as donor names, donation amounts and updates or photos, please click here to submit your request.
- Request your fundraiser be removed from GoFundMe and Google search results: if your fundraiser is inactive and you don't want it to appear on GoFundMe or in Google searches, please click "Get help" and our team will remove the fundraiser for you.
- Reactivate fundraiser: if you accidentally deleted a fundraiser or would like to access it again, please submit this form to our team.
It’s important to note that fundraisers that haven’t received a donation or posted an update in 365 days will become inactive. To prevent this from happening, the organiser can post a fundraiser update every few months, as this will be considered activity.
