If you want another copy of your donation confirmation receipt, please follow these steps to request one:

1. Follow the link to our contact form here
2. Enter your email address in the prompt and click "Get donation receipt"

Receipts from nonprofit fundraisers

If you donated to a nonprofit fundraiser, you should have received a tax deductible receipt from PayPal Giving Fund. If you’re not sure if you donated to a nonprofit fundraiser, you can visit the fundraiser and look for the tax deductible tag under the fundraiser media:

Only donations made to GoFundMe nonprofit fundraisers are guaranteed to be tax-deductible in the US, the UK, Canada, Ireland, and Australia. If you donate to a certified nonprofit fundraiser from a another country, you will still be emailed the tax-deductible receipt, but you'll need to check with your local tax authority to confirm if they are tax-deductible. 

If you’re confident you donated to a nonprofit fundraiser and would like a copy of your tax-deductible receipt, please use the "Contact us" button to contact our team, and we can reach out to PayPal Giving Fund on your behalf. 

If you don't see the tax deductible tag on the fundraiser you donated to, then it’s a personal fundraiser.
