Can't sign in to GoFundMe

"I forgot my password"
Reset your password here. You'll receive an email with a reset link — check your spam or junk folder if it doesn't appear in your inbox within a few minutes.
Important: The reset link is only valid for 6 hours. If it's expired, simply request a new one from the same page.
If you don't receive the reset email at all, make sure you're entering the email address associated with your GoFundMe account. Unfortunately, there's no way to look up which email you used — if you're unsure, try any addresses you may have signed up with.
"I signed up with Google, Facebook, or Apple"
Make sure you're clicking the correct social sign-on button on the sign-in page — selecting the wrong one won't find your account.
If you're not sure which provider you used, try each of them.
If social sign-on isn't working, you can also try resetting your password using the email address associated with your social account. This will create a GoFundMe password and let you sign in with email and password going forward.
If the issue is with the social provider itself (for example, you can't sign in to Google at all), you'll need to contact that provider directly for help.
"I know my credentials but still can't get in"
If you're entering the right email and password but sign-in still isn't working, try these steps in order:
- Turn off your VPN, if you're using one
- Try an incognito or private browser window
- Switch to a different browser — Chrome and Firefox tend to be the most reliable
- Clear your cookies and cache, then try again
- Try a different internet connection — if you're on mobile data, switch to Wi-Fi, or vice versa
- Disable your ad blocker temporarily
- Try a different device — if you're on mobile, try a computer, or vice versa
"I'm not sure how I signed up"
If you don't remember whether you created an account with email/password or through social sign-on, there's no way to look this up directly. Try these in order:
- Go to Reset your password and enter your email address. If an account exists with that email, you'll receive a reset link.
- If that doesn't work, try signing in with Google, Facebook, and Apple using the same email address.
