Incoming donations on your fundraiser may be paused if the nonprofit you’ve selected is inactive with our payment partner, PayPal Giving Fund.

If you're a nonprofit, this may have happened for a variety of reasons, including:

• A change in the organization's status with a government regulator
• PayPal Giving Fund issued checks that remained uncashed/expired for a long period of time
• The nonprofit has reached out to PayPal Giving Fund to close the payment account
