Did not receive phone verification code
You must add a phone number to your GoFundMe account. Verifying your phone number allows an extra layer of protection and ensures you're the only one who can access your funds.
If you don't receive the verification code within 10 minutes of requesting it, please try changing from a text message to a voice call (or vice versa). You can change the delivery method when you're prompted to send the code.
Please also try the following:
- Disconnect any VPNs
- If using the GoFundMe app, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app and then request the code again
- Try requesting the code from a different browser (i.e. if on mobile app, try mobile browser instead)
- Try using a different internet connection (i.e. if you're using mobile data, try switching to wifi)
- Clear your cache and cookies, then request the code again
