Funds will return to your card in an average of 3-7 business days (Monday-Friday) after a refund is issued.
Your bank will apply the refund as a credit to your account or the original charge may disappear entirely from your statement. We encourage you to contact your bank (or the issuer of the card that you used) to ask how they plan to return the funds.
If the card you used has been closed, your bank should have an alternate plan to get the funds back to you. The card provider will likely apply the funds to your previous account balance, send the money to you personally, or return it to our payment processor. Please contact your card company for the next steps.
If your card is open, but it has been three weeks since your refund should have arrived, please contact our team directly so that we can help to track down the funds.
