Accessing your charity's data

Please note: Our engineers are currently working on an issue impacting the charity page you would be claiming, and we're unable to provide a timeline for when the charity page option will return for your donors. In the meantime, we recommend creating a charity fundraiser from within your account if you do not have an active fundraiser to receive donations. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause for you. 

In order to access a charity's donor data, we will first need to verify that you work for the charity. Please follow the steps below to claim your charity's account:

  1. Click this link to sign up with GoFundMe and search for your charity by EIN (US), BRN (CA), Charity number (UK/IE), or ABN (AU) to claim or request access. (If you already have a personal GoFundMe account, you will need to sign up for a charity account using a different email address.)
  2. Click the verification link in the email we send you. After that, we will confirm your connection to your charity within 2 business days
  3. We'll send you an email letting you know we have finished confirming your connection to your charity. You will have access to all account features, including access to your donor and transaction data.

Requesting charity data

After your connection to the charity has been verified and access has been granted to the charity account, you will be able  to download donor and fundraiser data. Make sure to click the link and agree to the terms, then we will email a document to you that contains the data available for your charity.
