Accessing your charity's data

In order to access a charity's donor data, we'll first need to verify you work for the charity.

Please follow the steps below to claim your charity's account:

1. Click this link to sign up with GoFundMe and search for your charity by EIN (US), BRN (CA), Charity number (UK/IE), or ABN (AU) to claim or request access.
2. Click the verification link in the email we send you. Then we'll confirm your connection to your charity within 2 business days.
3. Once confirmed, we'll send you an email to let you know. You'll have access to all account features, including access to your donor and transaction data.

Requesting charity data

Once you've been confirmed and have access to the charity account, you'll be able to download donor and fundraiser data with these steps:

1. Sign in to your GoFundMe account.
2. Select "Access donor data" or "Access fundraiser data"
3. Agree to the terms
4. You will be sent an emailed link to download your report
