I confirm my Business is (1) at least 51% owned, operated or controlled by one or more persons identifying as LGBTQ (or identified on GayCities directory); and (2) a nightlife venue or venue that started selling food to remain open during COVID.

I confirm (1) my Business is (a) independently owned/operated and not nationally dominant in its field and (b) negatively impacted by the COVID pandemic; and (2) possible grant will help my workers or pay ongoing business expenses.
